** Stock posts its highest level since September 28
** Bioenergy developer secures a A$20 million ($13.91 million) project financing facility from Westpac to fund plant and equipment for its Build-Own-Operate project in New South Wales
** Says construction of the project remains contingent on achieving financial close, with groundbreaking currently slated for December
** About 184,700 shares change hands, 1.8x the stock's 30-day average daily volume
** Stock down 28.3% YTD
