The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 21 November 2022 relating to the Series 2022-C8 EUR
750,000,000 3.106% Fixed Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds due 23 November 2027
issued by Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) under its U.S.$40
billion Global Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of
Australia Limited as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
