Publication of Final Terms by Westpac Banking Corporation

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 26 June 2024 relating to the Series 2024-C3 GBP1,250,000,000
Floating Rate Regulation S Covered Bonds due 3 July 2028 issued by Westpac
Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141) under its U.S.$40 billion Global
Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to
payments of interest and principal by BNY Trust Company of Australia Limited
as trustee of the Westpac Covered Bond Trust.
