Publication of Supplementary Prospectus by Westpac Banking Corporation

The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial
Conduct Authority (the "FCA") and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 20 February 2024 (the "Supplementary
Prospectus") to the Base Prospectus as part of an offering memorandum dated 10
November 2023 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to a U.S.$70,000,000,000
Programme for the Issuance of Debt Instruments established by Westpac Banking
Corporation ("Westpac").
