Westpac NZ Covered Bond Limited

Westpac Securities NZ Limited has updated its EUR 5,000,000,000 programme for
the issuance of covered bonds unconditionally guaranteed by Westpac New
Zealand Limited and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments
of interest and principal by Westpac NZ Covered Bond Limited (the
"Programme").

The base prospectus in relation to the Programme is dated 13 December 2024
(the "Prospectus") and has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct
Authority.
