Final Terms dated 16 March 2023 relating to the Series 2023-1 €750,000,000
3.750% Fixed Rate Covered Bonds due 20 April 2028 issued by Westpac Securities
NZ Limited (acting through its London branch) under its €5 billion Global
Covered Bond Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Westpac
New Zealand Limited and unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to
payments of interest and principal by Westpac NZ Covered Bond Limited.
