Westpac Securities NZ Limited and Westpac New Zealand Limited have updated the
US$ 10,000,000,000 programme for the issuance of debt instruments,
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Westpac New Zealand Limited (in
the case of instruments issued by Westpac Securities NZ Limited) (the
"Programme").

 

The base prospectus in relation to the Programme is dated 13 December 2024
(the "Prospectus") and has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct
Authority.
