premarket
    ** SPAC plans to take Westrock Coffee public in a $1.09 bln
deal, including debt  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nL3N2W21DD
    ** Transaction includes $250 mln in common stock private
placement in public equity (PIPE) commitments
    ** Deal expected to close by the end of Q3, after which the
combined company will list on Nasdaq under symbol "WEST"
