Oct 28 (Reuters) - Westshore Terminals Investment Corp  WTE.TO : 
 * Files 2015 third quarter report and announces dividend reduction 
 * Cloud peak energy logistics llc advised co that it will be necessary to 
   curtail sales to export market for 2016-2018 period 
 * 2016 throughput volumes are now anticipated to be about 26 million tonnes 
   versus prior estimate of about 30 million tonnes 
 * Dividend reduced from current $0.33 per share per quarter, to $0.25 per share 
   per quarter commencing with Q4 2015 
 * Agreed with cpe that for 2016-2018 cpe's volume commitments to co will be 
   eliminated in exchange for defined payments
