Notification of change in Director's details

 

 

WH Smith PLC confirms that as at 4 October 2024, Nicky Dulieu has stepped down
as a Non-Executive Director of Redrow plc following clearance of the
combination between Redrow plc and Barratt Developments plc by the UK
Competition and Markets Authority.  Nicky will be appointed to Barratt Redrow
plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 October 2024. She will also
serve as a member of the Audit, Nomination, Remuneration and Sustainability
Committees, and will be the Designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce
Engagement.
