Board Changes

 

Following shareholder approval at the Company's General Meeting on 12 March
2026, Leo Quinn assumes his role of Executive Chair of WH Smith PLC with
effect from today.

Andrew Harrison will now step down from the Board with immediate effect and
resume his role as CEO of the Group's UK division.
