Revised date of publication for Preliminary Results

for the financial year ended 31 August 2025

 

Further to its announcement on 29 October 2025, the Company announces it will
now publish its Preliminary Results on 19 December 2025.

The revised date will provide the Company and the Group auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, further time to complete the required audit
