** U.S.-listed shares of silver miners gain premarket, tracking rising prices of the metal GOL/

** Spot silver XAG= up nearly 1% at $51.016/ounce, on expectations that a potential U.S. government reopening could restart the flow of U.S. economic data ahead of an expected Federal Reserve rate cut next month

** Hecla Mining HL.N up 2.5% and Coeur Mining CDE.N rises 2.2%

** Canadian miners Endeavour Silver EDR.TO, EXK.N up 2.3%, Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N and Wheaton Precious Metals WPM.TO, WPM.N rise marginally

** Abrdn Physical Silver Shares ETF SIVR.P up 1% and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P up 1.1%
