** U.S.-listed shares of silver miners rise premarket, tracking prices of the white metal GOL/

** Silver XAG= hits $75 per ounce for the first time; last up 3.8% to $74.68 per ounce, driven by speculative bets, expectations for more U.S. rate cuts and rising geopolitical tensions

** Silver has soared 158% year-to-date, outpacing gold's nearly 72% gain

** Hecla Mining HL.N up 3.4% and Coeur Mining CDE.N up 4.1%

** Canadian miners Wheaton Precious Metals WPM.TO, WPM.N up 1.4%, Silvercorp Metals SVM.TO, SVM.N gains 3.3% and Endeavour Silver EDR.TO, EXK.N rises 3.9%

** ETFs Abrdn Physical Silver Shares SIVR.P rises 3.9% and iShares Silver Trust SLV.P soars 8.3%
