DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. ("Wheaton") has granted 12,440 restricted share units ("RSU") pursuant to its Restricted Share Plan. The RSUs have been granted with restricted periods that will expire as to one-third on each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd anniversary of the grant date.
