DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. ("Wheaton") has issued and allotted 12,784 common shares of no par value pursuant to the exercise by eligible employees of vested long-term incentive plan grants (together, the "Shares"). All of the Shares are quoted on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange and, in London, an application for admission of these Shares to the Official List (Standard Segment) of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange will be made as soon as possible.
The Company further announces that it has granted 8,920 restricted share units ("RSU") pursuant to its Restricted Share Plan, 17,830 performance share units ("PSU") pursuant to its Performance Share Unit Plan and 41,190 stock options pursuant to its Share Option Plan. The RSUs have been granted with restricted periods that will expire as to one-third on each of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd anniversary of the grant date. The PSUs have been granted with a performance period from March 18, 2025 to March 17, 2028. The stock options have been granted with a seven-year term and a vesting schedule of one-third on each of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd anniversary of the grant date.
Certain of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities have participated in the grants, exercised certain vested long-term incentive plan grants and/or acquired or sold common shares.
