Jet charter firm Wheels Up flags inability to continue operations (updated)

       Aug 9 (Reuters) - Wheels Up Experience  UP.N  said on
Wednesday there was "substantial doubt" around its ability to
continue operations even as it received short-term funding from
Delta Air Lines  DAL.N .
    The company, which charters planes by the hour, has taken a
slew of restructuring measures this year including job cuts and
management changes. 
    Wheels Up said it was involved in discussions around
strategic business partnerships, but did not provide any
