** Shares of private jet firm Wheels Up Experience  UP.N  up
3.6% to $1.2 premarket on report of debt restructuring talks 
    ** As per a Wall Street Journal report late on Friday, co
has started discussions with Bain Capital and MSD Capital,
holders of more than $260 mln in equipment financing notes
    ** On Wednesday, co's shares plunged 42% after expressing
going concern doubts 
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen 89% YTD
