** Shares in food-tech firm Where Food Comes From Inc
 WFCF.O  down ~2% at $11.42
    ** Company's Q3 net income fell to $785,000, or 13 cents per
share, from $867,000, or 14 cents, a year earlier 
    ** However, Q3 revenue rose 11% to $7.3 million 
    ** CEO John Saunders says net income was down slightly in
Q3, reflecting inflationary pressures, higher labor and benefits
costs resulting from a tightening labor market
    ** Stock has fallen ~21% this year
