Whitbread PLC announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 15 June
2022, all resolutions were voted on by a poll and were duly passed.  The
results of the AGM are as follows:

The Board notes the results of the advisory resolution on the 2021/22
remuneration report, which has been supported by the majority of shareholders.
We have engaged with a number of shareholders regarding the remuneration
report and will continue to engage constructively with shareholders over the
coming months.  We will report on any actions resulting from those
discussions in due course.
