Adds new items, updates futures
Jan 13 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening largely unchanged on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.04%.
* PERSIMMON: Persimmon PSN.L said it expects continued growth in home completions and profit in 2026 despite an unlikely material improvement in market conditions.
* WHITBREAD: Whitbread WTB.L said it expects a lower-than-anticipated hit from business rate hikes announced in the UK's autumn budget.
* PAGEGROUP: PageGroup PAGE.L posted a smaller-than-expected 4.6% drop in fourth-quarter profit at constant currency.
* TRUSTPILOT: Trustpilot TRST.L forecast 20% growth in revenue and profit ahead of expectations for 2025, helped by double-digit growth in bookings in all its markets.
* RENTOKIL: Rentokil RTO.L announced the appointment of logistics firm OnTrac's Mike Duffy as its new CEO, succeeding Andy Ransom in March.
* RASPBERRY PI: Raspberry Pi RPI.L said its 2025 core earnings would be ahead of expectations, but its 2026 outlook was clouded by volatility in the supply and price of memory.
* SMITH & NEPHEW: Smith & Nephew SN.L will buy Integrity Orthopaedics in a deal that could be valued at up to $450 million.
* GLENCORE: BHP BHP.AX is set to wait out Rio Tinto's RIO.L, RIO.AX talks to take over Glencore GLEN.L, and is not currently planning a bid for the Swiss firm, two people familiar with the matter said.
* ALDI UK: The British arm of German discount supermarket Aldi will raise pay for over 28,000 hourly paid workers by 2.5% from March.
* CONSUMER SPENDING: Britain's consumers reined in their spending in December by the most in almost five years, according to data from Barclays.
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices extended gains, copper prices slid, and gold prices were broadly steady.
