 FREE.O  rise as much as 26.6% to near five-month high of $3.94
    ** Martin Franklin, a shareholder of co, says Sababa
Holdings or one of its affiliates is willing to acquire FREE for
$4 per share in cash
    ** Franklin adds he would combine FREE with Royal Oak
Enterprises, a private manufacturer and retailer of charcoal,
firelogs and matches
    ** Whole Earth Brands market capitalization stood at $131.8
mln, as of last close - Refinitiv
    ** Stock has fallen over 6% in 2023
