Christopher Rogers, Chair of the Board of the Company, has been appointed as a
Non-executive Director and Chair-Elect of Mitie Group plc ("Mitie") with
immediate effect and Chair of the Board of Mitie with effect from the Mitie
AGM on 22 July 2025.
