 Morgan Stanley's  MS.N  infrastructure investment arm is in
talks to buy WOW
    ** MS down 1.2% in early trading
    ** WOW mainly caters to the southeastern and midwestern
regions, providing high-speed data, cable television and
internet telephony services and has a market cap of about $1.6
bln, per Refinitiv Data
    ** A deal has not been finalized, and possible talks could
end without a deal, the report adds, citing people familiar with
the matter
    ** Bloomberg News reported on April 8 that WOW was exploring
