acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1750 GMT on
Wednesday:
    ** Private equity firm Silver Lake Management said that it
was considering a takeover of SAP-backed  SAPG.DE 
customer-survey software maker Qualtrics International Inc

    ** QAD, a business software maker was taken private by
buyout firm Thoma Bravo in 2021 for $2 billion, told Reuters it
has agreed to acquire employee productivity platform Redzone for

    ** Russian government commission has approved the sale of
telecoms company Vimpelcom to senior managers by its Dutch owner

    ** French sugar producer Tereos said that two Romanian
investors would take over the cooperative's loss-making sugar
business in the country, which it had planned to close for over
