UK's Redcentric confirms sale process, in talks with Wiit

May 24 (Reuters) - British IT services group Redcentric
 RCN.L  confirmed on Friday that it is in the early stages of
discussions for a possible sale with Italy-based cybersecurity
service provider Wiit SpA  WIIT.MI .
    Earlier today, Reuters reported Redcentric had hired Lazard
to explore a sale.
