Board Appointment

Wildcat Petroleum Plc ("WCAT" or "the Company") a company targeting investment
opportunities in businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the
petroleum industry is pleased to announce that further to the announcement
made on 7 August 2025, Trond Christoffersen has been appointed as an
independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 26 August 2025.

 

Mr Christoffersen is an experienced professional with 30+ years of experience
working on geophysical and exploration projects globally in senior positions.

 

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed
under the requirements of UKLR 6.4.8R in relation to this appointment.

 

Mr Singh, Chairman said: "I am delighted to welcome Trond to the Board. His
proven track record in the sector will bring valuable insight and strengthen
