Directors/ PDMR Shareholdings

 

Wildcat Petroleum Plc (the "Company" or "Wildcat") (LSE: WCAT), announces the
following dealing in shares by its Directors:

 

1)    Glyn Roberts (Director)

 

On August 16 2022, one of the directors, Mr. Glyn Roberts, sold 2,190,000
shares from his nominee share dealing account through a 'Bed and ISA' transfer
(*) and 2,190,000 ordinary shares in Wildcat were subsequently bought and
transferred into his ISA.

 

Following this transaction, Mr. Glyn Roberts beneficial interest in WCAT
shares remains unchanged at 23,700,000 shares which equates to 0.9875 % of the
total issued share capital.

 

2)    Mandhir Singh (Chairman)

 

On the 16 August 2022, Chairman Mr. Mandhir Singh sold 2 million shares from
his nominee account and brought them back in his SIPP (Bed & SIPP).

Following the transaction Mr. Mandhir Singh remains the beneficial owner of
1,679,925,000 ordinary shares which equates to 69.9%of the total share
capital.

Note: (*) Shares in any public company (held outside an ISA) cannot be
transferred directly into an ISA - hence this procedure - known as a 'Bed and
ISA'. The same applies when transferring shares into a SIPP.
