("Wildcat" or the "Company")

Issue of Equity

Wildcat Petroleum Plc ("WCAT") a company targeting investment opportunities in
businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry is
pleased to announce the placing of 7,143,000 New Ordinary Shares ("New
Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.7p raising £50,000 (£45,000 net of
expenses) for working capital.

Admission & Total Voting Rights

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and Financial
Conduct Authority for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the equity
shares (shell companies) listing category. Admission is expected to occur on
or around 4 November 2025 and the New Ordinary Shares will, on issue, rank
pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Conditional on Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will
be 2,940,183,000 Ordinary Shares, which may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
