Update on Publishing Annual Financial Results

Wildcat Petroleum Plc ("WCAT") a company targeting investment opportunities in
businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry
refers to its announcement at 7am today (RNS Number: 8611F) regarding the
publication of the Annual Financial Results. For technical reasons, the
Company has been unable to upload the Financial Results to the National
Storage Mechanism or the Company's Website.

As required by the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company has requested, from 7:55 a.m. on 3 November 2025, a
suspension of the Company's listing from the Official List and from trading on
the London Stock Exchange.

The Company expect this matter to be resolved shortly.
