In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Anthony Foye, an Executive Director, on 20 October 2014 bought 65,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average of 215.0 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 500,000 which is 0.58% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
