Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL, 'Wilmington' or 'the Group') the GRC RegTech
services group, announces that Helen Sachdev, non-executive director, has been
appointed as a non-executive director of Assurant General Insurance Limited,
London General Insurance Company Limited, Lifestyle Services Group Limited,
TWG Services Limited and Assurant Intermediary Limited with effect from 1
April 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
