Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 28 February 2025 that:

· William Macpherson, non-executive director, bought 10,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company on 28 February 2025 at an average of 354.00
pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is
20,000 which represent 0.022% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
