Director/PDMR shareholding

 

Wilmington plc ("Wilmington" or the "Group") (LON: WIL) announces that it was
notified on 25 June 2025 that on the 26 July 2023 William Macpherson,
non-executive director, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the
share capital of the Company, at an average price of 297 pence per Ordinary
Share (the "Transaction").  Additionally, in the 2024 Annual Report and
Accounts, due to the administrative error William Macpherson's shareholding
was incorrectly disclosed as 10,000. It should have been disclosed as 20,000
(the "Correction").

 

Following the Transaction, the Correction, and William's purchase of 10,000
ordinary shares on 28 February 2025, William Macpherson confirms that he
holds 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.034 percent of the
Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
