Wilmington plc, (LSE: WIL, 'Wilmington' or the 'Group') the provider of data,
information, education and training services in the global Governance, Risk
and Compliance (GRC) markets, today announces that Helen Sachdev, Senior
Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, has informed the
Board that she will stand down from the Board at the end of her current term
on 29 April 2026. The Board will, therefore, commence a review of its options
for the future composition of the Board.

strategy and its delivery. We will be sorry to lose Helen from our Board next
