UK's Wilmington Plc surges on upbeat annual profit outlook

** Shares of Wilmington Plc  WIL.L  gain as much as 17.4% to
304p; set to log best day in about 15 years, if trend holds
    ** UK-based information and data provider sees adj profit
before tax to be 24.3 mln pounds ($31.3 mln) ahead of market
expectations of 22.8 mln pounds 
    ** Annual group organic revenue growth expected to be 9%,
with reported revenues in the order of 123.5 mln pounds, up from
121 mln pounds year ago
    ** Stock among top pct gainers across London shares 
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen ~18% so far this year
