GXO Logistics makes rival bid for UK's Wincanton

Feb 29 (Reuters) - U.S.-based warehousing firm GXO
Logistics GXO.N on Thursday made a rival bid for UK peer
Wincanton WIN.L valued at about 762 million pounds ($965
million).
GXO's offer, which valued Wincanton at 605 pence per share,
is about 26% higher than the 480 pence per share rival bid made
by CEVA Logistics.
