Board change

 

Wincanton plc (the "Company" or the "Group") today announces that Tim Lawlor,
Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), has resigned in order to take up the role of
Chief Financial Officer at Countryside Properties PLC. Tim will be leaving the
business during March 2022 and the Board is commencing a search for his
successor.

James Wroath, Chief Executive, said:

"The Board of Wincanton wishes to thank Tim for his hard work, commitment and
outstanding contribution to the Group over the last six years. I would also
particularly like to personally thank Tim for his support during my
introduction to the Group.  We will continue to work closely with Tim to
ensure a smooth transition and wish him all the best in his new role."

Tim Lawlor, Chief Financial Officer, said:
