Notification of change in Director's Details
 
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Wincanton announces that one of its Non-Executive Directors, Gill Barr, who is a member of the Company's Audit and Nomination Committees and Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of McCarthy & Stone with immediate effect.  
 
Gill is currently also a Non-Executive Director of PayPoint plc and N Brown Group plc and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Morgan Sindall plc.
