Director dealing / PDMR shareholding

 

Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a
cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity
generating wind turbines, has been notified that Paul Hodges, Non-Executive
Director, transferred 1,306,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his share trading account into his
Individual Savings Account ("Transfer").

 

Following this Transfer, his interest in the Company remains at 1,381,818
Ordinary Shares representing 2.02% of the Company's issued share capital.

 

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK
