Directorate Changes

Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a
cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity
generating wind turbines, announces that after having been a member of the
Board of Directors of the company since 2014 and serving as Chairman since
2017, Johan Black Petersen has decided to step down from his role as Chairman
of the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Johan will continue to serve
as a Non-Executive Director of the Company going forward.

Furthermore, the Company is very pleased to announce that David George Lis
(aged 73) has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company and will
take up the position as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate
effect. David joined Norwich Union Investment Management in 1997 (later
merging to form Aviva Investors), before becoming Head of Equities in 2012 and
latterly Chief Investment Officer, Equities and Multi Assets, until his
retirement in March 2016. David is currently the Chairman of WildLife Group
Limited, the Senior Independent Director of Melrose Industries plc and
Hostmore Plc and a Non-Executive Director of Dowgate Capital Limited. He has
previously held the position of Senior Independent Director of Electra Private
Equity plc as well as being a non executive director of BCA Marketplace plc
and the Multifamily Housing REIT plc

Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen, CEO of Windar, commented: "First of all I would like
to thank Johan for serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors during the

accepted to join the Board of Directors as Chairman. David, with his

Company on our future growth path, and I am pleased that David has such belief
in the company that he has opted to take all his salary in shares in the
company."

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies, David Lis has confirmed that there is no
further disclosures required.

At the time of this announcement David Lis holds 337,500 shares in Windar
Photonics Plc.
