Result of AGM

 

Windar Photonics plc (AIM: WPHO), the technology group that has developed a
cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity
generating wind turbines, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were
duly passed.

The results of the AGM are as follows:

 4. To re-appoint Jeffreys Henry LLP as auditors of the Company.                  15,871,044  99.92%  12,121   0.08%
 5. To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors.           15,883,165  100%    Nil      0%
 6. The Directors be authorised to allot ordinary shares in the Company, and      15,868,865  99.91%  14,300   0.09%
 grant rights to subscribe for, up to an aggregate nominal amount of £245,700.
 Special Resolution
 7. The Directors be empowered to allot equity securities, pursuant to the        15,868,865  99.91%  14,300   0.09%
 authority referred to in resolution 6, provided that the power was:

 1. Limited to the allotment of equity securities in connection with an offer
 of equity securities;

 2. Limited to the allotment of equity securities up to an aggregate nominal
 amount of £245,700.
