  Notice of Annual General Meeting

Windward (https://windward.ai/)   (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime
predictive intelligence, announces that its Notice of AGM was posted or
otherwise made available to shareholders today, 4 April 2023.

The Company's AGM is to be held at the Windward offices at Mermaid House, 4th
Floor, 2 Puddle Dock, London EC4V 3DB on 9 May 2023 at 15:00 (BST). Copies of
the Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website www.windward.ai
(http://www.windward.ai/) .

The Company's Annual Report is expected to be made available on the company
website and posted to shareholders shortly.

The Company is also arranging a video conference facility to allow
shareholders to follow proceedings at the AGM remotely.  The video conference
facility will be listen only, other than for Directors (if any attend
remotely). Shareholders interested in following proceedings at the AGM
remotely through this facility are invited to contact the Company by email

later than 11:00 a.m. BST today, 09 May 2023, in order to receive personalized
