  Notice of Annual General Meeting

predictive intelligence, announces that its Notice of AGM was posted or
otherwise made available to shareholders today, 12 April 2022.

The Company's AGM is to be held at 16 Great Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG at
11:00 (UK time) on 11 May 2022. Copies of the Notice of AGM are also available

The Company's Annual Report is expected to be made available on the company
website and posted to shareholders shortly.
