Result of Annual General Meeting

Windward (https://windward.ai/)   (LON: WNWD), a leader in maritime
predictive intelligence, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting
held earlier today, all Resolutions put to shareholders (which were contained
in Notice of General Meeting dated 4 April 2023) were duly passed.

As a result of the passing of Resolution 11, each of the issued and authorised
ordinary shares of nominal value NIS 0.002 will be converted into ordinary
shares with no nominal value. This will take effect immediately.

The ISIN in respect of the ordinary shares will remain unchanged.

The Board would like to thank shareholders for their engagement with the
resolutions passed at the AGM.
