July 27 (Reuters) - Keppel Corporation Ltd  KPLM.SI  
    * Corson Pte and its joint venture partner topped bids 
submitted to urban redevelopment authority 
    * Bids for a 99-year leasehold prime residential site in 
serangoon north avenue 1 for a total consideration of $446.28 
million. 
    * Transaction is not expected to have any material impact on 
eps of keppel corp and wing tai holdings for current financial 
year
