    - Construction equipment rental group Ashtead  AHT.L  plans
to move its listing from London to New York.
    - Domino's Pizza  DOM.L  is one of four bidders circling
Wingstop's  WING.O  UK franchise, competing with private equity
groups to buy the fried chicken shop chain.
    - Shell  SHEL.L  and Greenpeace have settled one of the
largest legal claims against the environmental group, after
protesters occupied a Shell floating production unit near the
Shetland Islands in 2023. 
    - The boss of Thames Water pushed back against the immediate
