** Co approves special dividend of $10.00 per share, payable December 1, and expects to use cash on hand to finance it

** Reports Q3 revenue of $22.6 mln, up from $21.5 mln reported in the year-ago period, driven by higher royalties

** YTD, the stock has risen ~14%, including sesssion moves
