 U.S. stocks were poised to open lower on Wednesday as investors took a breather
from a rally that was sparked by the Federal Reserve's likely pivot to a dovish
policy, while FedEx tumbled after issuing a grim outlook.  .N 
    
    At 9:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.22% at 37,847. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.22% at 4,809.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.26% at 16,978.25.
