19.3% to A$1.050, their highest level since Jan 3
    ** Shares of lithium explorer on track to post their biggest
intraday pct jump since Feb. 16 
    ** After market hours on Wednesday, co said it will acquire
Renard project in Canada 
    ** Co entered binding agreement with Stornoway Diamonds
(Canada)
    ** Co to pay C$4 mln ($2.96 mln) option fee for the project 
    ** About 4.8 mln shares change hand compared to 30-day
average trading volume of 1.6 mln shares 
    ** Stock down 16.2% YTD as of last close
